Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, nor exchanges under any circumstances, due to the nature of our items being sold and due to the current worldwide COVID-19 crisis. If after thorough investigation, we feel it is necessary and or warranted, we may offer a store credit. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by sending an email to Support@KLenore.com. In addition, please include a photo of said item, so that we may understand and view the complete nature of the damage.

Once an order has been placed, changes to that order may not be made.
